Aastal <strong>1194<\/strong> rajasid kartuusia mungad Scala Dei kloostri (\u201eJumala redel\u201c), istutades piirkonna esimesed viinapuud vaesele ja kivisele pinnasele. Sajandite jooksul kasvatati viinamarju ja valmistati veini, leides igale sordile sobiva kasvukoha. 18. sajandiks \u00f5itses Priorat, eksportides veine ja viinamarjap\u00e4ritolu kangemaid jooke kogu Euroopasse. Kuid filoksera-epideemia aastal <strong>1893<\/strong>, j\u00e4rgnenud poliitilised segadused ja majandusraskused viisid piirkonna allak\u00e4igule. 1970. aastateks oli Priorat unustuse h\u00e4marusse vajunud: rahvastik oli lahkunud, terrassid lagunesid ja alles j\u00e4id vaid m\u00f5ned kooperatiivid ja kodused keldrid.<\/p><p>Priorati modernne taass\u00fcnd algas <strong>1979. aastal<\/strong>, kui noor veinivalmistaja <strong>Ren\u00e9 Barbier<\/strong> saabus Gratallopsi k\u00fclla, kandes endas julget visiooni. Veinikriitikud, eesotsas Robert Parkeriga, armusid Priorati intensiivselt rikkalikesse, k\u00f5rge alkoholisisaldusega punastesse veinidesse, mis sobisid t\u00e4iuslikult tolleaegsete maitsetega. Priorati maastik on dramaatiline: Vahemere kliima, mida m\u00e4ed \u00fcbritsevad, istandused j\u00e4rskudel n\u00f5lvadel (costers) kuni 800 m k\u00f5rgusel. Piirkonna m\u00e4\u00e4ravaks pinnaseks on <strong>llicorella<\/strong> \u2013 punakas-must kihiline kiltkivi, mis sisaldab kvartsit\u00fcke ja peaaegu mitte mingit orgaanilist materjali. Esmapilgul v\u00e4limuselt viljatu, on see pinnas Priorati veinide kvaliteedi alus: viinapuud peavad juurduma s\u00fcgavale, mis viib madalate saagikusteni ja kontsentreeritud marjadeni. Tulemuseks on veinid, mis on tuntud oma t\u00fcmeda v\u00e4rvuse, t\u00e4idlasuse ja kontsentreeritud aroomide poolest: tihti leiab nootides musta ploomi, lagritsat, tahma ja kivist mineraalsust. Varased aastak\u00e4igud sisaldasid sageli rahvusvahelisi sorte, ent t\u00e4nap\u00e4eval liiguvad veinivalmistajad j\u00e4rjest rohkem tagasi puhaste <strong>Garnacha ja Cari\u00f1ena<\/strong> veinide juurde.<\/p><p>Priorati taass\u00fcnd on sageli v\u00f5rreldav t\u00f5usmisega tuhast. 2000ndateks oli piirkond t\u00e4is uusi veinim\u00f5isaid. Kuigi tegemist on v\u00e4ikese kogukonnaga (alla 2000 ha viinamarjaistandusi), on Priorat j\u00e4tkuvalt viinamarjakasvatuse entusiastide seas k\u00f5rges hinnas. Piirkonnas on hiljuti kehtestatud isegi Burgundia-laadne klassifitseerimiss\u00fcsteem, mis t\u00f5stab esile v\u00e4iksemad piirkonnad ja \u00fcksikk\u00fclad. Mungad, kes valitsesid neid maid sajandeid, panid aluse viinamarjakasvatusele ja veinivalmistamisele.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>DOCa teerajaja:<\/strong> Priorat on \u00fcks vaid kahest Hispaania piirkonnast (koos Riojaga), millele on omistatud k\u00f5rgeim DOCa\/DOQ staatus. See oli Hispaania kontekstis revolutsiooniline algatus. Huvitav fakt on aga see, et k\u00f5ik need veinid said samadelt hindajatelt erinevad punktid.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Euroopa j\u00e4rseimad istandused:<\/strong> Viinapuud kasvavad kuni 30-kraadise kaldega n\u00f5lvadel, sageli terrassidel, 300\u2013700 meetri k\u00f5rgusel. \u00d6\u00f6p\u00e4evased temperatuurik\u00f5ikumised aitavad s\u00e4ilitada happesust.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Vana Carignan\u2019i taass\u00fcnd:<\/strong> Kunagi robustseks peetud Carignan (Cari\u00f1ena) on Prioratis taas au sees, eriti kui see p\u00e4rineb sajandivanustelt istandustelt. Kuigi piirkonnad on l\u00e4hedased, on mullastikud (Montsantis rohkem lubjakivi ja savi) erinevad, andes veinidele pehmema iseloomu v\u00f5rreldes Priorati kivise mineraalsusega.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"wd-negative-gap elementor-element elementor-element-f73d9f0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f73d9f0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74348ac e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"74348ac\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-28f9d67 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_text_block\" data-id=\"28f9d67\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_text_block.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wd-text-block reset-last-child text-left\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<h2 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Clos Mogador: Priorati taass\u00fcnni s\u00fcmbol<\/h2><p>Kui r\u00e4\u00e4kida Priorati taaselustamisest, siis <strong>Clos Mogador<\/strong> on nimi, mida ei saa j\u00e4tta mainimata. Veinim\u00f5isa asutas <strong>Ren\u00e9 Barbier<\/strong> Gratallopsis ning just tema oli \u00fcks olulisemaid eestvedajaid Priorati renessansis 1980ndatel. Tegelikult oli Clos Mogador osa esimesest kollektiivsest veinist, mille viis partnerit 1989. aastal koos valmistasid ning seej\u00e4rel eri siltide all turustasid. See vein oli Clos Mogadori esimene ametlik aastak\u00e4ik, mis tuli turule 1991. aastal ja kinnitas kogu maailmale, et Priorat on v\u00f5imeline tootma tippklassi veini.<\/p><p>T\u00e4naseks on Clos Mogador <strong>Priorati kvaliteedi etalon<\/strong>. Veinisegu p\u00f5hineb vanadel <strong>Garnacha<\/strong> ja <strong>Cari\u00f1ena<\/strong> viinapuudel, mida t\u00e4iendavad v\u00e4ikestes osades <strong>Syrah<\/strong> ja <strong>Cabernet Sauvignon<\/strong> \u2013 see peegeldab Barbier\u2019 esialgset otsust kombineerida kohalikke ja rahvusvahelisi marjasorte, et saavutada mitmekesisus ja s\u00fcgavus.<\/p><p>Clos Mogadori veinid on s\u00fcgavad, v\u00f5imsad, ent tasakaalus. \u00dcks kriitik on neid kirjeldanud kui \u201es\u00fcgavad, v\u00f5imsad, kuid samal ajal harmoonilised\u201c. Lisaks p\u00f5hilisele veinile valmistatakse ka:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><strong>Manyetes<\/strong> \u2013 100% Cari\u00f1ena, \u00fche viinamarjaistanduse vein samast k\u00fclast.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Nelin<\/strong> \u2013 k\u00f5rgekvaliteediline valge Priorat, mis segab Garnacha Blanca\u2019t ja teisi sorte.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Com Tu<\/strong> \u2013 Montsanti piirkonnas toodetud vein, millel on s\u00fcgavam filosoofiline s\u00f5num.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Kuid <strong>Clos Mogador<\/strong> j\u00e4\u00e4b endiselt maja s\u00fcdameks \u2013 vein, mis v\u00e4ljendab Priorati identiteeti. Heas k\u00fcpsuses pudel pakub elamust: mustad ploomid, lagrits, Vahemere \u00fcrdid ja llicorella pinnasest p\u00e4rit mineraalsus.
