Bodegas Luis Pérez is a family project in Jerez built on the idea that the region's future lies once again in the vineyards, not only in the blending and ageing traditions of the bodegas. Luis Pérez and his son Willy Pérez have been among the most important voices in reviving interest in historic pagos, the different forms of albariza soil and unfortified Jerez wines.

Producer story
Their work combines thoughtful viticulture, historical research and a very precise winemaking hand. The wines don't try to impress – they show how Macharnudo, Carrascal and other sites taste when treated as serious vineyards rather than just raw material for sherry.
