Terroir al Límit is a Priorat winery that has changed the region's wine philosophy over the past two decades. Founded in 2001 by Dominik Huber and Eben Sadie, it grew from a wish to make elegant, transparent wines that reflect their terroir, in contrast to the traditionally powerful, oak-heavy wines of Priorat. When Eben Sadie returned to South Africa, Huber took over and expanded the winery with biodynamic vineyards. His winemaking is known for minimal intervention, using whole-cluster fermentation, natural yeasts and neutral vessels such as concrete tanks and large Stockinger foudres.
